TONIGHT! Attendance Essential for all Music Parents!!!
Mr. Butka is requesting your presence on Monday, February 20th at 7:00 PM in the Dover High School Library. This informational meeting is concerning the upcoming mattress fundraiser. If we have 65 parents attend the meeting we automatically receive a $500.00 bonus!!!
The money earned through this fundraiser will go into students individual accounts. They can use this to pay for the NYC trip, Boston Pops, Winter Guard items as well as other expenses associated with music at school.

As many of you know we are gearing up for our 1st Annual Mattress Fundraiser sale on Sunday, Mar. 12th. This is an incredible opportunity for us to earn a great deal of money without having to ask the parents and kids to sell anything. Several other music departments have done this sale and have earned over $5000 in just one day. There is an opportunity for your family to earn hundreds of dollars that will go directly into your son or daughters account, by spreading the word about our upcoming event.
I think it is VERY IMPORTANT to communicate the details of this event with ALL parents in order to maximize our results and earn the most money.
We will be conducting a meeting on Monday, Feb. 20th, at 7:00 pm that we are urging all music parents to attend. If we reach 65 or more parents in attendance the music program will earn a $500 upfront bonus!!
We realize that band parents have very busy schedules, but this is a meeting that cannot be overlooked.
If you have a student that is in music, WE NEED you to attend this meeting.
The meeting will be held in our Dover High School Library at 7:00 pm on Monday, Feb. 20th
