Some folks are asking about the music we used for the Winter Guard Show!

This version is very much different from the original version created by Imogen Heap. It's actually a remix of a remix, based on the "dubstep" version created by Matt Lange.
When Morgan selected this song for the show the concept of 'time' was already being floated. As we listened to the song we came up with idea of adding clock sounds. Originally the song was going to be FILLED with clocks, but in the end there are really only 3. The song is book-ended with the same grandfather clock sound, with a stopwatch ticker and an 80's alarm clock buzzer in the middle (see if you can spot it).
The arrangement needed work to match the flow of the show, so Paul re-arranged the verses and even removed a couple for length. In the final act of the song, it didn't seem like the song was BIG enough to accentuate the final flag feature, so Paul added 3 heavy metal guitars and a small solo (yes, that's him playing).
And if you haven't guessed it already, the narration is a computerized voice. As close as Siri as we could get, but with a British accent.
The song was mixed using PreSonus Sound Studio 3, Native Instruments Guitar Rig, and Adobe Audition for final Master.
